3. Cookies and Local Storage
ClickRep does not use tracking cookies. The embedded widget uses browser local storage solely to maintain the widget's open/closed state across page navigations. No data is sent to third-party advertising or analytics platforms.
Our dashboard uses a session cookie strictly necessary for authentication. This cookie expires when you close your browser or log out.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Guidance session data is retained for up to 12 months to provide analytics to our customers. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at vyshnav@useoogway.com.
When you close your account, all personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
