1. Service Description

ClickRep provides an embeddable AI-powered guidance widget for web applications. The widget observes page structure to deliver contextual, step-by-step help to end users in real time.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the widget
• Use the service to collect personal data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the ClickRep service, including the widget, dashboard, and underlying technology, are and remain the exclusive property of Serene Aura Limited. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the service.

5. Availability and Maintenance

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

The AI guidance provided by ClickRep is informational and contextual. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with prior notice when reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
